RECHANCE is an innovative project that addresses different rehabilitation approaches for providing former prisoners with opportunities for personal development and social integration. Through these approaches, the RECHANCE project works to help marginalised members of society to upskill through a range of training tools and resources.
1. Provide former prisoners with skills and knowledge which are essential for their personal development and social re-entry into society.
2. Empower them with real life reflections and competencies towards their social interactions.
3. Foster their rehabilitation process through tailored learning materials, tools, and resource.
4. Enhance trainers’ capacity on how to develop life skills amongst this learner group through innovative solutions and inclusive pedagogy paradigms.
5. Define for trainers a clear and comprehensive training approach for tackling the diverse background and individual needs of former prisoners.
6. Digitize the quality learning content in order to increase the quality of adult education provision for this learner group.
