The Integration of Migrants in the Labour Market (IMLAM), is an ERASMUS+ KA2 project which addresses digital transformation through development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity. The project is coordinated by Future Focus (Malta), in collaboration with the Center for Social Innovation (Cyprus), Smart Nest (Latvia) and Innetica (Spain). Its aim is to enable migrants seeking to enter the labour market to better communicate and provide an improved service to service users.
The objective of the project is to help in the reception and integration of migrant workers by giving them the skills that are needed to effectively and efficiently participate in the labour market, thus contributing to the well being of the European economy. This will be achieved through the development of the training courses and workshops for both migrant learners and adult education providers.
