This innovative Erasmus+ KA2 project seeks to promote equal opportunities in entrepreneurship. The project will develop an innovative training programme for disadvantaged entrepreneurs who run microbusinesses across Europe and face extra challenges to growing and running their businesses. The project could include (but not limited to) migrants, people with disabilities, lone parents, 50+ years old individuals, and women who are currently under-represented in businesses across the EU.
1. To develop an innovative training programme for disadvantaged entrepreneurs who run microbusinesses across Europe that are facing extra challenges to growing and running their business.
2. To develop interventions that can aid EU citizens from the target groups in microbusinesses. Generate access to training and group support that will further grow and enhance their ability to innovate and expand business ideas and export opportunities across the EU beyond.
3. To develop a new training programme, specifically tailored to the needs of the target group, which will be delivered alongside action learning groups that will support participants in putting learning into action and taking positive steps towards achieving business growth.
