“Soft Skills for Young Entrepreneurs: Setting up Your Own Business”

Date of event: 27/09/2019

UInno – Up-Skilling unemployed and low skilled workers in self-centered innovation approaches, to empower their self-employability potentials through start-ups and SMEs (Project number: 2017-1-PT01-KA204-036010)

The Conference was organised within the framework of the European-funded Erasmus+ project “UInno – Up-skilling unemployed and low-skilled workers through self-centred innovation approaches to empower their self-employability potential through startups and SMEs.” The project offers a training package to equip the long-term unemployed, as well as those who are potential entrepreneurs and startup creators in less favorable social and economic conditions, with innovation and entrepreneurship skills. The UInno training package is provided in a full digital format based on eLearning pedagogies, work-based online learning, and collaboration.
The Conference gave the participants the opportunity to be introduced to the UInno project and training package, and further discuss opportunities through a wide and high-level network of experts and specialists. The agenda included a keynote speech, a presentation of the UInno project and training package, a panel discussion with the UInno consortium, interactive workshops, and a networking session.
